One gorgeous Saturday, Onsight Films captured the special day when Gordon and Katrina exchanged vows and became husband and wife.

As a Sydney wedding videographer, we always aim not just to document the standard flow of the ceremony or the usual festivities that happen at the reception but to highlight the little things that show the bride and the groom’s personality, the small things that make the event unique and the magical moments that make the wedding truly memorable. Gordon and Katrina’s wedding had no shortage of these.

The beaded dress worn by the stunning bride, the polka dot socks put on by the groom, the majestic church with its high ceiling and stone brick wall, the violin serenade, the rose crowns worn by the pretty and smiling flower girls, the tearful groom seeing the bride walk down the aisle, the first kiss as husband and wife, the smiles and tears of joy of family and friends who celebrated their union with them – all these were captured on camera.

We even got to do a beautiful shoot at Cockatoo Island and the newlyweds lit up the location and made an abandoned warehouse a beautiful backdrop. We were so glad to shoot and do a same day edit of Gordon and Katrina’s Sydney wedding video. We enjoyed every moment of it, as we’re sure they did too.
